Shared Leadership Action Team
Purpose and Duties of SLAT
- SLAT is the primary tool to bring feedback from the different departments to each other and to administration.
- SLAT meetings are also used to help prepare the department chairpersons, and other leaders to lead department meetings, and break-out groups in full faculty meetings.
Membership of SLAT
Required Membership - All TRAS Administrators
- All TRAS Department Chairpersons
Open Membership - Any TRAS Stakeholder (Student, Staff, etc.)
