Adults with Disabilities

Overview of our Adults with Disabilities Program

Twin Rivers Adult School has partnered with other community agencies(United Cerebral Palsy, Aspire, Norwood Pines and Vintage Estates) to create the Adults with Disabilities programs. The AWD classes are designed to provide life long learning opportunites to individuals with mild to profound mental and/or physical disabilites/limitations. Courses that are offered encourage: Independent Living Skills, Communication Skills, Leisure Time Skills, Occupational Skills and Fine Arts.
