MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY

The course focuses on the many components of medical terminology, including prefixes and suffixes. This is one of the prerequisite courses required for an LVN program.

ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY

An extremely helpful class for students entering the healthcare field.  This course includes being able to identify the major body systems and understand what each body systems function is; relate how each body system works, identify and explain major cells, tissues, and organs; and identify and explain the functions of major muscles. This is one of the prerequisite courses required for our LVN program.
