Medical Billing & Coding Specialist Program

This program is provided to students who wish to obtain an in-depth medical foundation, as well as billing and coding expertise necessary to perform manual and computerized tasks of the medical billers and coders within the healthcare community. Completion of this program will assure employers that you have been formally trained in billing and codes, generating billing statements, researching and auditing claims and creating paperwork. Students will also take coursework in medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, Microsoft Office 97, customer service and workplace readiness.  This program will open many doors for you in the fast growing health care field.  You will receive a certificate upon completion.
